1/4 Mile in my Truck!

Yesterday I ran my single cab express. Has vararam, 275/40/20
Tires and a Magnaflow 14", with the 3:55 gears. Ran a 14.4 @90mph...but maybe a little past 3/4 down the track my speed limiter kicked in and had to cruise the rest of the way...speed limiter is set at 105 but my small tires make my speedo say I am going faster than I actually am. So!...my question is if I had a HemiFever diablo tune and my speed limiter removed can I break 13's?...I have a 2.19 60' also. Thanks guys

I think it's very possible. He could not only move ur limiter. But give you more hp also. Keep us updated
