Picked up my 2013 Express about 3 months ago and have been loving it so far. First pic was when I got her on the road, following pics are how she sits as of today. I work as a mechanic and go to law school so if anyone has install questions or any general ram questions feel free to ask!

My goodness, talk about stepping up your game. That’s why I like buying the basic truck and adding my own touches to get exactly what it is that I want. So OP, are you a Ram tech ? If so I have a lift question for you please. We can go to pm as to not clutter your build log.

Exactly why I love base models too! I am not a Ram tech as I work at an independent shop, but if there’s something I can help with feel free to ask.

^^^ So you work on several types of vehicles then ? My question is basically what’s a safe size lift wise for these vehicles ? Especially if not off roading or towing.

There are a bunch of safe options personally my truck is leveled. It all depends on the kit you run and how they achieve the lift. Some kits cut corners to give the height at a cheaper rate. I would look into a leveling kit first if you're looking to maintain functionality with minimal side effects! Bilstein makes a nice set of shocks/struts!

^^^. I had Bilstein front and rear on my last truck. I’m really feeling to take the hit and do the Mopar 2” and keep with a warranty. Especially since every other kit I would just be doing it for the looks.

Met up with a good friend of mine who also owns a Ram. Gotta love going out and having some fun with the rigs.
