My 2016 Laramie came with 20" wheels on it. Eventually I'm going to lift it. When I do, I really like the BF Goodrich mud terrain tires, but they don't come in a 20" size yet. Will it mess with anything on my truck to drop to say an 18" wheel and the larger mud terrian tire? No matter what I'll have to get the speedometer redone. That much I already know

You won't have any issues going down to a 18" wheel from a 20".

Just because your wheel size decreased, doesn't necessarily mean the overall height of the wheel and tire will be smaller. A taller tire will make up for that. Having more sidewall on a tire also helps with a smoother ride.

Normally a 20" wheel and tire will be cheaper than an 18" - but in your case, if the tire isn't made in 20", you have no choice! :0)

You could even go down to a 17" wheel if you wanted.
