ok so here where i am at got a 5.7 hemi i just put in my 07 ram 1500 since old one dropped a valve and now the dealer thinks my cam is bad since cylinder 3 valve not moving at all and has 0 compression in the leak down... so now I am looking for a good cam to replace it with along with lifters and such.. so my question is whats a good cam to get was looking at a slight upgrade without needing to retune or needing to get heads worked on if possible or should i just stick with stock cam?

If you're not willing to retune then just go with stock. Depending on the cam it might not even start if you don't retune.
