2011 ram. A/c resets on every crank

2011 ram. Every time is crank the truck the A/C acts like it’s going thru reset mode, switching from hot to cold 4 times. I’ve replaced the door blend actuator. I’ve done the manual reset. Any advice?

if the temperature settings is changing from hot to cold, I'd suspect the HVAC control module. Not sure if it's in the same place as the later Gen4 (+'13 trucks) as that one is located in the far right side of the dashboard.
