Hello All,

This week I seem to have lost AM and FM radio reception, has anyone esle experience this ?

I checked the antena from the fender and everything seems fine. I do get a few channels on FM but no AM.
I have done a soft reset and it's up to date on the uconeect firmware.

Did you add LED or HID headlights or fogs (or start using them more frequently)? EMI from their drivers can tank reception.

Have you checked the white fakra connection on the back of the radio? Maybe try re-seating it.

Another test you can do is try the radio without the engine running and see if reception improves.
