3" Body Lift '97 1500

I saw the thread a few below but I wanted to add a few details to the question.

My truck:
1997 Ram 1500 Reg cab Long bed
5" of suspension lift

Some questions I had:
1. The radiator on the top is mounted to the body, is there an extension for this in body lift kits?
2. The 4wd floor shifter. How will this be affected?
3. Steering, I'm assuming there will be some sort of extension for this
4. Brake lines? Will they be unaffected?
5. Wires, will any need replaced with longer ones?

2 they come with extensions
3 yes there is a bracket
4 maybe because you allready have a lift but most likely not
5 no
