After going through many lift threads and looking at many pics over here I'm steel confused. I'd like to lift my truck and either go 4" or 6" more likely Zone kit or less likely Fabtech kit. Rancho struts seem not to be adjustable as Bilsteins, though I'd like to keep the front Rancho struts, they are in a good shape, as well as rears, but rears need upgrading for sure. Currently my truck is leveled and needs some repairs at the back and I'm considering whre to go now. I'm running 34" (275/65 R20) Toyo ATs. My question is what lift I do get with 4" or 6" and if something like this is achievable with the kits I mentioned. I'm planning to do UCAs as well. I would not like to go higher than the truck in attachment, but I wonder if it is 4" or 6" actually.

It's hard to tell what size lift that is, seeing as though the tires are 33's or more likely 34's. By guesstimating on the wheel well gaps, it looks like a 3" or 4" lift. The crazy thing about a lift this size is that you can emulate it by simply leveling your front end with Ranchos, Bilsteins or spacer of your choice (not recommended) and adding a body lift (Zone 1.5" or PAC 3"). You can run this type of setup rather cheap and get the look you want while you save up for the 6" lift and 37" tires and wheels to really set it off.

Thanks for reply! I would like to avoid body lift and spacers. I try to modify my question. If the Ranchos lift the front with 2.25" how much lift I add to the front with a Zone lift using 4" with rear 3" coils or 6" with rear 5" coils.

Zone 6in with 5in rear coil. Left out the preload spacer up front but have bilsteins set to 2.1Snapchat-1397759666.jpg

Thx, is it level now or some rake left? Seems 6/5" lift would work with Ranchos!

Are you sure you got 2.25” lift from the Ranchos?.....how many miles are on them.

Measure your truck height (ground to center fender lip front and back) as-is with the Ranchos and reply back with fender heights.

Can't tell how many miles on them. Got hold of it a couple of months ago. Ground to fender flare bottom is 96.5cm eq. 3.17 ft front, tire diameter is 82.5cm eq. 32.5" @ 35PSI cold. Measured that at the centre of the wheel hub. Back is debatable, since it has been hit at the back recently and I need to do some work there :) That is why I'm considering new lift and some other stuff (bumpers, ... ) but that is out of topic in this thread.

I have the Rancho QL's in my crew cab for the past 2 months, they settled at 2" front,
Before the QL's
Front was 36 1/8" with 275/60/20
After the QL's, and aprox 2000 miles so far, including some offroad testing to make sure nothing rubs, plus 315/70/17 tires, the front mesures 39 5/8, i know the new tires are 1.5" taller than the factory size.

Measured at the back it is 39.37" but the bed may be actually an inch lower due to an accident, front sits at 38".

By that math....going up 4” front and 3” rear “should” put you level front to back with your current Ranchos

I'd like to maintain some rake. Occasionally I'll be hauling firewood on the bed with a trailer. By that math going up 6" front and 5" rear seems to does the same thing. I am missing the point how the front lift is constructed. It takes into account I use stock struts and use a spacer of some height? My Ranchos seem to be around 2" in front when I compare other measurements over here.

I just installed my Rancho quickLIFT and my front end leveled off really nice!! Went from 34 5/8” to 38 1/4” which sits perfectly level with my rear as well! Easy to install and truck sits a lot nicer with my 33’s.
