The oil cooler showed up this morning.

Bracket was a breeze to fab up, Was able to use one of the factory brackets to tie into.

I ran the lines over the trans for piece of mind. Will also probbaly build a shield for the lower lines so they dont get caught while wheelin'

Today is a ****show, started my install to find out the connector on the harness dosent fit my dial shifter. I should've checked that before starting... lol...

My center console looks good tho! And was able to make a mounting plate for under the seat , with easy access to everything. Now time to put everything back together and wait again for parts

Parts are finally here.

Was able to clean up the old 6 speed wires, install the new rear main seal, flex plate and put the 8 speed in this morning!

The other thread said all we needed to do was elongate the holes on the cross member. Didn't work on my truck at all. Or I'm to picky. Either way it looked like a half ass job. So will modify it tomorrow.

My left hand decided to stop working, So thats it for today.

Oh the excitement!

The excitement was short lived, I just sent out a few emails this mooring to see how much it will cost to get my front drive shaft extended.

Heading to the shop now, Hopefully i dont find any other problems today... lol...

All the cross member needed was a 2x2 .250 price of square tubing welded on..

Now my holes line up with the trans mount perfectly.

Pretty productive day

Made the spacer for the gen 3 diff bracket. AKA rounded off a bolt and painted it black.. lol

Emptied the oil cooler, used the oil ZF oil to push out the rest after that, I put in new Maxlife until it came out clean.

Cut and flared the oil cooler lines. I only flared half way, a full flare didn't fit the hose.

Man I was high AF yesterday, that 100mg edible made me forget I actually have a brake line tool kit that has the bubble flare adapters with it,,, lol... :anitoof: Bought it for the 53....

Will re-do it today as the little 6an clamp covers will be here this morning. Gotta love Amazon... lol...

Talking about Amazon, I think I need help. This is a new record for me 510 orders in a single year... hahahahahah

It's finally alive, and looks like it's registering.

All my center console is appart, that's why my dash is a X-Mas tree right now.

Need to add 1.25 " to the drive shaft. Sending it off tomorrow to get lengthened and rebalanced.

Used a 12v pump for the fluid, and had Bandit supervise me.

The cooler lines look much cleaner now with the caps as well.
