Some of you know I picked up a 3rd vehicle to run kids around in and give my Ram a rest. This is why us detailers stress the importance of not going through a car wash. 2019 11k miles 1 owner. I started with a newer product that I have wanted to test and wow it is way better then the original product. Koch Chemie H9.02 and a Red Koch Chemie Pad. I was totally expecting to have to shift to my go to microfiber pads, but wow for a foam pad it did the job. I did need a microfiber pad in some areas. Mainly the piano black. It only took me about 5 hours to cut the defects out. Then I bought a few of there other pads. The Yellow which is what they recommend with what I finished it out with Koch Chemie F6.01. I did some test hits. I was totally expecting the Black Finishing Microfiber pad to pull that metallic flake out. It did not. The yellow was not very clear. I ended up loving the Purple pad. Its a microfiber finishing foam pad. It took about 2 hours to polish it. Its now over 100* so I am done for the day. Ill pull the F6 off in the morning and prep the paint for coating. As you know I love Undrdog Surface Products. I have had Pro on my truck and its on my wifes Jeep. I pulled it off my truck to test Koch Chemie C0.02. It's a new Ceramic Coating. I love it. So Pro+ is a licenses product that I can get. Consumer can't due to it being more like a Ceramic coating. Shine is double and its touching top tier lasting time of 8-12 years. So more on the lines of Cquartz Finest Reserve or Modesta. I can't wait to play with it tomorrow. Any who Ill update this thread as I get more done.
