I have a 2001 dodge ram 5.9 off road package and I ordered an add a leaf and coil spacer. What issues will I run into if I install this since it has a factory lift

I had an add a leaf on my 01 off road package ram. There are no issues with installing them. Just get a new longer center pin bc the stock one will be too short with the thickness of the new leaf in the pack.
