In order to angle the backs more, the seat bases would need to be moved forward.
Because of how the quad and crew cab seats are attached to the cab wall, moving the base forward would be very difficult.
You could, in theory, detach the seat back from the cab wall, and then move the seat base forward. However, the seat frames used in the quad and crew cab trucks, do not have any type of lock mechanism between the seat back and base. Meaning, once detached from the wall, there would be nothing keeping the seat back upright, it would fall forward every time you hit the brakes.
