No pattern to it. Sometimes after washing and sometimes when no wash or rain for a week or more. Will do it for one stoplight and then not for a week. Called Dealer and they said to bring it in and they will check, but I'm very busy farming and may not have time for awhile.

Mine do when I first use them when they're wet. Could it be dust on the rotors?

Take them out, break the edges and put them back in.
That solves the problem in 90% of the cases.
The disks corroding on the surface, when they get wet. And this causes the pads to stumble in a high frequence. That's all.
Try this: take a eraser and pull it over the table- it will smoothly glide. Now try pushing it and it will stumble. That's what happens.

Recently had the front pads replaced on my '11 1500 Laramie. (64,000 miles on the odometer.)
The shop used NAPA pads.

These brakes squeal like crazy, until they get warm.

Never heard such squealing.

Bought mine a year used and they were squealing so I had them checked when I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. The shop said they looked brand new so as long as they're not in need of replacement I'll deal with it, but it is annoying. They also only seem to do it until they warm up.
