Back repping my brothers truck

My brother recently picked up a 2014 black express- 2wd RCSB 3.55 gears.

So far he's lowered it a little, not too sure on drop specs. He also painted his calipers, added an 18" magnaflow, and put in a 87mm TB from Moe a few minutes ago. The thing rips now, so thanks for the quality parts Matt!

Here's a short video of him trying to do a little launch to feel the difference... Didn't work out well...

Anyway, his goals are high 12's/low 13's (trying to hang with big bro), so I'm looking for you hemi experts to point us in the right direction.

Right now his future parts list is as follows-
S&B Intake
180° thermostat
Hemi fever tunes
Shorty headers
Torque Converter (not sure what stall)
4.10 gears

Any recommendations or changes are welcome!

Nice video! Sounds like you and your bro have a good list so far however, I might would lean towards longtubes, there a bit more money and harder to install but should result in more power gains.

If he has the 8 speed, there will be no torque convertor or built trans. The Vararam edges out the S&B from what I've read as well from a power stance.

Also, you'll certainly want longtubes. With that mod list and that truck with the 8 speed, I'd believe high 13's.

Just follow Tyler's build and you should be close..He's in the high 12's..My truck as is with good traction would be high 13's so you should be a bit quicker if you can get some good air!
