Bilstein Strut Washer Stack up

So I am having an issue with a squeak in the front end. I had recently discovered that the squeak is coming from the top of the Strut assembly where the Shock attached to the upper spring seat. Does someone have a picture or description of what your washer stack looks like when attaching the bilstein shock to the upper sspring seat prior to installing the nut and tightening it down.

The washer goes in between the shock and the upper spring seat. I had the creak until I moved it.
