Alright guys, this is going to be an extremely slow truck build. I like using the truck and will take lots of pictures of what I get into with it. This will also double as a way to track everything I have and will do to it. Alright, on to the pics:
The truck is a 1995 Dodge 1500 4x4. It use to be my dad's and he was doing all the bodywork on it and we plan on doing it together and painting it, not sure on a color yet but leaning towards a root beer brown. This is what it looked like when i got it.

After driving it for a little bit I wanted to get rid of the rake so 2 inch coil spacers were in order. As my first big upgrade done to the truck I love the way it now looks and was cool to learn something new.

And of course the poser flex shots that were sure to follow haha

Other than that I've just been having fun with it and washing it after the weekend.
Some things on the list of stuff I want to do is:
Dana 60's for 4.10 gears
33's or Small lift and 35's
3rd gen style trac bar (my frame side joint is getting some play)
A.C. (Not Working)
Steering Wheel Controls (Not Working)
2500 Steering Box
Paint
Hope to learn all I can and get my truck to where I want it and have fun doing it. Hope to get some of your guys help along the way.

Alright, hard to tell by the pics but these little spots are diff fluid a10144e2afad382a0cfa66aa4ed79496.jpg
The diff cover gasket was starting to go so I got that done and out of the way so the truck is good to go again

I know, but don't want to put too much into this axle when I want to swap in 60's. But every time I've needed the truck it has worked flawlessly so can't be to mad about it

Once you go LSD, you'll never go back.

My dad said when something underneath like that leaks the air will pull it out and up, kind of a good way to know for sure there is a leak

My last truck was open as well and didn't do good at all but we have a old bronco as a woods truck that we welded the third up on and it completely changed it, night and day difference even with wore out tires

Makes sense I guess, if its leaking while you're going down the highway. Air would have to go up in that one spot or straight behind you&land on the ground.
