Yeah same here, my pipes were pretty much butted together with no more room for shortening the length. I think my passenger side sticks out about 1/2" more than the driver's side.

Yeah mine are like that as well. This weekend I am going to double check and see if I can move them. But I am pretty sure they are butted right up tight to each other.

has anyone found a way to get their passenger exhaust tip flush again on the TR install?

Ordered the progressive, a couple of days ago. FedEx says delivery by end of the day next Wednesday. My truck is a 2010 with 70,000 miles. I hope it's not too much of a pain to get factory muffler off.

My passenger side was exact where it needed to be. My driver side stuck out about 3/4" farther. I noticed the pipes welded on the muffler were different lengths and cut the driver side back to match on the muffler and it fixed my problem

You will definitely need some sort of a breaker bar and probably heat!! Mine is a 15 and it needed heat. Only been through 2 winters... Good luck.

Thanks. I'm in Montana where the vehicles don't rust too much. Low humidity and little to no salt used on roads in the winter. Maybe I will be lucky and it won't be too bad. Fingers crossed.

Got the Carven progressive installed on Friday. I like it and have gotten quite a few compliments on how it sounds.

I bought a carven exhaust competitor series for my 2016 Ram 1500 sport and 2 weeks later went to run it on a dynamic and my numbers where 310 hp and 371 torque to wheels so there was definitely a gain in torque, but I do feel a lost in low end but a gain in torque on the high end

Oh yeah, congrats man! It definitely sounds beastly. I love it. Theres about a thousand miles on mine now and I have noticed a deeper tone rumble at idle and a just magnificent sound when the truck shifts from second to third under mid to hard acceleration :) I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Nice! Does it cost you much to use a dyno? I would like to dyno mine once I put the intake on. So I know from the videos that the competitor series sounds sick. Is it as loud as others say? I love my progressive muffler its plenty loud enough for me but I know the competitor sounds even beastlier. I to felt like there was slight loss to low end but nothing that effects the truck massively I dont think.

The shop charged me $70 for two runs, if you do go let your truck cool down for 30 minutes. The first pull I only got 290 hp to wheels and he let it cool down for 30 minutes then hp went up to 310 hp.

Wow what a jump from waiting 30 minutes... I always noticed with most cars I have owned that they run faster, better, stronger at the first start after a lengthy sit.

I've had the progressive installed for a couple of weeks now. Really glad I went with it over competitor series. Not very loud when cruising but really wakes up and rumbles when the gas pedal gets pushed down. I've had nothing but good comments on the sound.
