I see, thanks for the help.No, they will secure to the existing holes you use to attach the inner plastic fenderwells.
Ummm.... is it just me or they missing bolts in the holes ?So I took your (op) advice and bought a pair of these from ebay.

I did not paint them. I like the way they look without paint, but my truck is black, so . . .Just ordered a set... did you paint it?
I plan on plastidipping them black just for uv protection... we have harsh sunlight here in phoenix...
I saw somebody with flares that cracked from sun exposure
resurrecting since I just bought a set and the gaskets suck dinosaur eggs! Anyone find a better option? i have some 3m tape I can use for the edge that is closest to the paint, but I'd rather have more cushion than a thing piece of tape. Would something like this help?

Mine came with an edge guard but the stick doesn't stick so it keeps coming off.
