I'm gonna look for an SCRB 05 Hemi with a blown motor and build that while keeping my daily up and going. I can't afford to run two trucks, can't risk trading this, and definitely can't work with the downtime it would take to even do something like camming it, nevermind something as ambitious as chopping up the frame and dropping a single-cab body onto it.
I'm changing my strategy. All this truck is getting is some daily driver stuff like tint, a rear drop shackle, maintenance, fixes, etc, or things that can be brought over to the future project truck, like a tuner, bed extender, tool box, etc. The project truck will get all the goodies and work, and it won't even be registered or insured until it's done. Then I'll sell the daily to recoup some cost and the proj will be complete and act as both the new daily, and the big accomplishment of pride and joy.
But we're digressing from the OP's post. So I'll save my dribble for my build thread. Lol.
