Coolant flush

ok took the truck to get the coolant flush done mainly because i currently don't have the ability to do it myself. Got it back and they used the green crap even though they told me if it requires a special coolant we will use a special coolant. So my question is, will this coolant hurt my hemi or can it work for the next 20,000ish miles and i can get the proper HOAT stuff in it when i do the next flush? according to the sales recite they used a brand called Khameleon.

If you didn't take it to the dealer and get proper orange 5 year mopar coolant, they probably just used cheap generic stuff that is supposed to work in everything.
