Dash Removed, Will Truck Start?

My 1998 Ram 1500 was recently stolen and recovered. The thieves removed/destroyed the dash. They took the cluster, passenger air bag and destroyed the ignition (it wont turn), plus just about everything else. I am gathering all the missing dash parts now. Once we swap the ignition, will the truck start with out essentially anything connected to the dash harness(es)? Thanks for the help.

I answered my own question - I was able to get the ignition to turn and I started the truck. All good so far with the restoration of my truck.
