Detroit Axle from Walmart?

Power steering on my 2013 Ram 1500 went bad a while back and the mechanic told me I needed to replace the Rack and pinion. Been very hard to find at a fair price, but I came across this one. Well priced with free shipping, but just looks different (It's black) lol. What do you all think? Thank you in advance.
