So it won't load on my computer. It says install disk. Bought it new didn't have a disk. It's maken me want to toss the Damn thing out the window need help.

If you don't have a disk, there should be a downloads page on their website.

Yeah didn't help in though this was supposed to be easy what the hell.

You still need the software on your computer to interface the tool with the programs and updates. Sorry but that's how it works.

Didn't work just going to say **** it and sell it or run the thing over . To hell with you diablo sport was on hold for 45 min.

What message do you get when you plug it into your computer? Also, are you trying to do this with Windows or Mac?

And what error message are you getting? When and where does it tell you to load a CD? You do not have to load any software with the InTune tuners. After you plug the tuner in you should be able to click on the Diablo Drive and manually select the InTune program. When you do this, it will start checking for updates automatically without having to load any software onto your computer.

The Trinity, on the other hand, does require you to load the DS Downloader software.

When I plug it in. Takes a few min to load. Then pops up says downloading. It won't dl then I get a box that says custom tunes data logging run times and there all blank. Was trying to get it to work for 3 hrs last nite. It wouldn't work so I say hell with it and put it back in the box.

Trying to get a hold of there customers service is like pulling teeth . Was on hold 45 min and nothing. I try to register it online wouldn't let me keep saying timed out .about to just go back to bullydog

I would take it to a shop, and let them install it for you. There will not be anything in the tunes, logs, or run time folders until after you have loaded the tuning onto your truck and recorded a few datalogs.

All you need to do is update the tuner. Run the InTune.exe program when the pop up prompts you to, or you can click on the Diablo Drive in "My Computer". Then open the InTune application. Then it will automatically start loading the update.

It is a very easy process.

But that's the thing nothing pops up when I plug it in. I even try to ob my work computer. So idk what to do now.

I have the T1000 which as Sean(iirc Hemi450 is Sean lol) mentioned seems like it has a little different interaction with your computer.

I know absolutely nothing about the i1000 but I would encourage you to have some more patience. I had no problems with my T1000 and think the price and computer UI is well worth it.

I just didn't want to spend the 700. Now now it will be close to 1000 case going to order the t100 and idk what to do with the i1000.

The InTune is easier to use than the Trinity. When you plug the tuner into the computer, let it boot up until it is on the main menu. Then the pop up will come up asking you if you want to open folders to view files. Click no because you don't need anything in there right now.

Then go into My Computer and open the Diablo Drive. Inside that drive, you will see an InTune file. Open that file, and it will automatically start loading the update.

If that doesn't work, then just take it to a shop that installs these everyday, and they can do it for you in just a few minutes.

I plug it in takes few min then I get the screen that says tune reset and settings. When exit like you said it said insert disk. Exit Again then go to computer click Intune and it won't read the file. Yesterday it keep saying prossing but now it wont.

I have windows Vista idk if that makes a difference. It just makes me mad it won't work
