Dome lights and other accessories not working

I checked all the fuses in my 2004 1500. I think when the heater core was replaced they neglected to connect a wire because when I looked under the dash it was hanging. Is there an easy way to fix this or am I gonna have to take the dash off if so how hard is it

I believe you are in a different Gen of Rams. Try the 3rd gen guys!
