Super swamper TSL suck on ice and rain. I love my Duratracs. 33x12.5. Ice? No, but they work. Wife's car with winter tires is better.
KO2? Haven't run them. People seem to like them.
Sounds like you wouldn't be disappointed with either.

Yeah those. I know it is a extreme comparison. Just trying to prove a point

THe BFG Ko is our best selling aggressive truck tire. It has a deep snow rating and works very well for an aggressive tire. Its our go to tire in Southern ontario

I can agree. A tall deep lug paddle tire works well on a boat for thrust in water.:roflsquared:
Off to work in my wide tired, Duratrac equipped 4x4 truck.:roflsquared::roflsquared:

Actually, all of these situations I have done and still do.
I was doing this before you were born. You've been driving about 10yrs? Or less?
I've been doing this for over 30yrs. For play and work.
6" and 12" were used as an example. Think outside the box.
Your tires vs dads tires. Unless they were the exact same tire except size, bad comparison.

They were the same tire or I wouldn't have bothered comparing them

If your vehicle is struggling in two to three feet deep snow and you regularly drive in it, get a new higher horsepower engine.
If your struggling in 6" snow, your engine is ******.

Vehicles these days mostly have traction control! So even if you had a hemi, if your slipping, power would be reduced to a 1.5 Honda engine!!

Really? Comparing these to traction in the snow? MORE FOOTPRINT = MORE TRACTION. Simple. This is why off road rigs, "Airdown". They increase the footprint of the tire and thus increasing the traction. They do it on snow as well.
I know right.:roflsquared:

Off road doesn't always transfer over to the street

So driving in a white out last night should count, right? (pic doesn't do it justice, this was the best visibility we had) 5 mph for 30 miles of 0 to minimum visibility
