Looks great!! I just got my 3rd gen a month ago. Might do the RC lift, can get a sweet deal on it from a buddy. Where did you get your tow mirrors? I got my truck to pull a travel trailer and the clip on mirrors suck!!

Got em from 1aauto, they suck. Sending them back monday so I can get OEM ones. And thanks ghosty. I need an alignment desperately though, when I turn real hard the front end will like.. pop pretty loud unless thats normal for a liftkit.

Check sway bar links too, they make the exact noise your mentioning.

I took my sway bar off. Thinking about putting it back on and making some quick disconnects.

Well I just found something out that infuriates me. When I had my Bilstein 5100's installed, a year and a half ago, I told them to max both of them out. I looked at both of them just now and come to realize, 18 months later, that the passenger side is the only one maxed out. The driver's side sits half an inch lower than the passenger. Me and my buddy didn't even touch the struts when we put my lift on, we just had the whole LCA and strut assembly in one piece. Moral of the story: double check the work shops do before you leave...

Well I'm gonna go to the shop that put em on today and tell them to do it right without chargin me. That's pretty dangerous to ride like that for so many miles. I didn't even wanna drive the truck this morning knowing what I do now..

Im thinking about putting the preload spacers in even though I have Bilsteins too, it'd only make it about half an inch taller, but like I said, I HATE rake. Don't think this would make it dangerous, would it? My angles are pretty good.

Bro, the struts have different dimensions for 3rd and 4th gens. The 4th gen ones go up to 2.8, the 3rd gen ones go up to 2 inches. Mine are maxed. It ain't enough! Lol

I think I'll do it, they'll only bring it up about half an inch but it'll make a difference

Just measured my strut spacers. 4.5 inches. Bilsteins are at 2". How in the world do I still have about an inch of rake??
