been browsing for a few weeks, even stopped by 2 or 3 dealers today, unable to find exactly what i'm looking for. Just found this truck at ricart, just a few miles away from my househttp://www.kbb.com/cars-for-sale/details/?listingid=333574934&totalresults=166&index=7&searchtype=used&atcmake=dodge&atcmodel=ram%201500%20truck&s=kbbrank

and it's exactly what i've been looking for. Black sport edition with blacked out grille/bumpers, and the laramie package. My main needs are remote start and nav with backup cam, but posting doesn't list these features. The laramie package should have all the options, right? Doesn't look like it has the towing package hitch, but found one on ebay for $70 and install should be easy, so no biggie there. Anyways, what's your guys honest opinion on this truck? Gonna go look tomorrow, thinkin if i can get them closer to $30k, and $16,5-17 for my truck (07 black quad cab, 70k miles, 100% perfect condition), i will do it

just curious what options the laramie has. Obviously leather, heated seats, power mirrors and seats, etc etc. But does it have remote start and in dash nav with backup cam?

Those last three are options either dealer picks or original buyer picks

But none the less a very nice truck

Is it a larime or sport???

Thats a Sport.......

Laramies will have chrome bumpers, grill inserts, mirrors and handles. (except the laramie limited)

Weird, I thought so too, from browsing around and looking at a bunch of Laramie truck's. Posting lists it as Laramie though

well, wife and i went and test drove it saturday and wow, I fell in love with it. Think it's a sport laramie, had every luxury option available inside-power moon roof and rear slider, heated seats, backup cam, remote start, even heated steering wheel-never knew they made these lol. Can't get over how nice the truck was, have never had leather before so I was completely over whelmed with the interior. The crew cab is huge also. Of course, then came the part I was expecting, they gave me the offer of $13k for my truck, what a joke, wife and I just laughed and walked out the door. Decided to put my truck on craigslist sunday to see what would happen, no luck so far. Pretty sure I should be able to get around $18k for it? Truck only has 69k miles and is a garage queen bc i drive a company truck for work. Any advice u guys can give, really dyin to get this thing and haven't stopped thinking about how I could make it happen lol. Even thought about selling the hayabusa, which i know i would regret come next riding season.

I think 18 for your truck is reasonable. Go for a 4th! :D:D

What is a sport laramie?? And did it have cooled seats too since it had the heated steering wheel?

All Is Not As Advertised

That's a 2011 Sport with some swanky options. If you left off leather, back-up camera and sunroof you could get a brand new 2012 Sport for about the same amount--with the 1 year Sirius trial, full 36 month warranty and zero miles on it. :Whoa:

yeah, I was thinking the same thing, if you look around at newer trucks, you might be close and not have to worry about it bc it will be brand new...either way it looks like a sharp truck...good luck!

That truck seems high-priced IMO. It is nice, but over-priced. New 2012 Big Horns and Outdoorsmans can be bought for $10K off sticker. New Laramies are $12K off. That one has >30K miles, so it's B2B warranty is about up. My new, loaded Outdoorsman was $33.9K after all discounts. They gave me Edmund's/KBB trade-in value on my car.

For that price get a new one now that the 13s are in. Still some 12s out there.
