Front Cigarette lighter not working Ram 1500

Checked my fuses and still didn’t get it to work. It’s a ram 1500 express. I’m not sure if I just switched out the wrong fuse or if its a bigger problem. Would love some insights.

Maybe it isn’t connected ( plugged in ). Someone else recently had the same issue and discovered this.
