Note to self - "Genuine OEM Mopar replacement parts work the best".
10,000 miles on the BBK carbon composite header gasket and Fail. Funny thing is yesterday no tick, today TICK TICK TICK TICK TICK. You can see where the exhaust is leaking on to the block and the split in the gasket. :shooter: Well lesson learned, MOPAR Parts all the way. The bright side is I get to work on the truck.

Yup same thing happened here, get those OEM mopar stainless steal gaskets like you said, and buy a set of stage 8 locking header bolts, you'll never have that problem again! I love mine!

How old are those headers? They still look new in the pic.

remflex gaskets last real well too. i have used them a couple times. never had a leak. coupled with the stage 8 locking bolts, make your headers leak free just like the stock manifolds.

Those headers are about a year old with less than 10,000 miles on them, the ceramic coating is holding up real good.
Just ordered Stage8's and the new Mopar gaskets. Should have done that in the first place.

I keep wanting to get headers but have seen ceramics that look just as bad as painted headers in a few years time. I keep going back and forth on what to get far as ceramics or stainless if the money was alv.
