Bought an ST and purchased new headliner with wiring harness for overhead console, compass, etc. Just took the old one out, really difficult getting it out the door, had to bend it in a couple of places, don't want to do that with the new one, any advice on getting the new one in? Just trying different the angles with the old one, looks like might have to remove the front passenger door, front doors have the most space corner to corner, but have a bad angle backwards. Thanks,

IIRC the service manual calls for the removal of the windshield on the CCs. It can be taken out the passengerside rear door on a QC but not on the CC.

FWIW, nearly all cars when produced, install the headliner before any glass.

I'd imagine you could either install it from the front, as suggested above, or through the rear glass equally well.

It may be worth seeing if the back glass is cheaper than the front glass to decide which "end" to install it from.
