My gas engine 5.9 half-ton 4x4. Still on 100% untouched original engine and trans. It also still runs darn good.

2016 Laramie 5.7L 4x4, bought used in Jan 2018 with 9400 miles on it. 64K on it now. Runs great. FWIW (may or may not matter but I'll mention it anyway), I run 90% of the time in 8th gear (not drive), keeping it from running MSD. Can't say I've seen any significant difference in fuel mileage. Been running 5W20 synthetic since I got it, oil changes at about 6000 miles. Recently switched to 5qt 5W20 / 2qt 5W30 blend. It seemed to like the 5/2 ratio, may bump it up to 4/3 ratio next time.
Getting ready to service the front & rear diffs and transfer case soon. I would think , as long as you're not tired of the truck and want something different, as long as it's reliable, no reason to not keep running it. I would hope to see at least 100,000 before it really needed anything.
