How To: 13-14 premium cluster upgrade

Arn't all 13 + Ram's cluster lenses the same ?
Or
Are there different lens for diff p/n clusters ?

The lens includes the rings around the gauges and the black background(along with the emblem at the top).

Wow so I would have all the red rebel rings and rebel emblem for only like $80? Nice!! Is it an easy thing to change out?

I believe there are now four different lenses. Two say "Ram" (with black or silver trim rings) , one says "Longhorn" (with chrome I think) , and another says "Rebel" (red trim).

Yup, just the basic 7" premium cluster. Wish I would have known earlier that I only needed to replace this instead of the entire cluster lol. Been looking for months for clusters way cheaper too.

I have a 13 premium cluster mph I picked up recently with small scratches on the clear lense cover .... it would be nice for $80 to get a new non scratched clear lense cover and put the red rebel rings in the cluster !

Good to know, it's hard to tell looking at the parts pages. Many have the wrong diagrams too.

There are a series of clips around the perimeter of the cluster (a dozen or so). Place the cluster lens side down after removing from the truck on a soft surface and start undoing the plastic clips. It helps to have a soft plastic wedge or trim tool to keep the mask from re-seating as you work your way around unclipping.

Its pretty easy and you could probably sell the old one for at least $40 if it's in good shape.

If you order it, be sure to post back if it is indeed the correct part number.

Yes, lens and mask comes as one permanently sealed piece (clear lens to black mask) that attaches to the cluster face with clips.

I'm gonna order the Rebel Mask & lense assy P/N posted above and install it on a low mileage 16 cluster I just tried out today .... first I'm likely gonna send the cluster out for mileage & hours correction .

I popped the mask & lense off and back on today for practice , it's really easy to do , I can't wait to install the Rebel Red rings one !

With all the Red you have already you've gotta do this !
