Ignition key (square head)

Just purchased a 2013 Ram 2500. It came with one ignition key. Square head key. Where would one go to purchase a spare, just in case? Dealer wants $300.00 for fob and programming.
Any help would be appreciated.

I ordered a blank/FOB on Amazon and called a local locksmith that met me at my office. He cut a key and programmed my FOB and all is well. The dealer is a huge ripoff for keys.

Keys can be had for 25-50 off amazon or ebay, takes all of 30 seconds to program them, any local locksmith should be able to do it.

I have a key fob from a Challenger that I had. Same 3 button design as my current Ram. Can I have it reprogrammed to work for my Ram?

Sorry to jump in but the old lady's 14 challenger has the proximity keyless push button feature. Can a lock smith make one of those work or would that be a dealer thing?

Also the fob for my ram died I need to get a battery for it. I keep forgetting
