Here is how it is connected. With the connector/harness still plugged in. The blue/ gray wire is the outside one. Please confirm that it is connected correctly

Based on your picture rlk, I think the manual is correct. I mean, on the side there are numbers 10 20 30 and 40. Based on how I'm reading those numbers, I think Iam in the right area. Please confirm

Thanks for the tip rlk. Also, thank pilgrimm2
GJ,
Possibly some bad news.

I took another look at the pictures you posted earlier and I am pretty sure that you swapped the Cam Signal input and Cam Shield (like ground), and also swapped the Cam Signal RTN with the Lin Bus CBC3 signal

I'm not sure if this may have messed up the Video Signal input to the back of your 8.4 Radio and/or the camera.

If you take a picture of the back of your Radio C1 connector and post it, we can verify those 3 wires with you.

If you make sure all the wiring is correct, maybe the dealer can get some of the parts replaced under warranty (radio and/or Camera).

Gj,
I honestly can't tell if you have that Body Harness A connector correct or not. ( I think you might be good now)
Can you clearly I.D. pins A and F printed on the black connector?

Can you take a picture of it unplugged and oriented like RLK did?
(I might be wrong about the 12v/Cam signal being swapped earlier, but it wasn't right either way).

Just got a 2014 2500 Big Horn with the 8.4 screen. I have the parking sensors but no cam. I had Jeepguys harness in my old 1500. I understand he has passed away. :( I put the factory cam and pigtail in the tailgate and put the XAC code into the truck. I have the blue screen but no pic. What else do I need?

I took another look and I believe this connector is correct now . Like posted above by Mpgrimm2 you may be able to get warranty for the radio and or camera that's your call ethically ; however, now that you have the wires installed correctly and reconfirm your 10 amp fuse in the PDC , maybe first attempt another flash @ the dealer , just a thought and a way to get your foot in the door on a warranty claim as well , again pursuing a claim is up to you . Good Luck I hope you get this resolved .

Your in the same situation as a couple other guys here , you need the body harness and the radio harness , unfortunately the body harness is not sold separately from the kit to my knowledge . The radio harness is available though .
You should check and see you may have the body harness already . You can verify by looking at the Qty of wires @ your tailgate connector just aft of and a bit to the drivers side of your spare tire (see the photo) you should have 8 wires if you have the locking tailgate ,,if not you'll have 6 wires 72a27c7b38655e25329c0be0b5fa350b.jpg

Above is my install of the kit body harness with the locking tailgate wires populated into my kit body harness . If you have this , pm me and I'll give you the p/n of the radio harness.

Thanks for the reply. I do have a locking tailgate which would mean I have the 8 wires. I'll send you a PM now.

You need to verify the truck side , long harness going to the cab has the 8 wires .

I just confirmed that 'F' Is the blue solid wire and 'E' is the bare which tells me that everything is properly connected now.

So as you stated, either a) i need a re flash or b) the camera or radio needs replaced

In terms of dealer diagnosing, will they simply being to plug in their computer and immediately and easily find the problem? Will I have to pay for a re flash or what should I tell them when when get there.
