Will 1 ton springs fit on a 3/4 ton? I just bought a 90 and am currently turning it into a ranch truck with a bale bed. I'm thinking it may need a new set of springs. The thought came to me that if the 350's were the same length as the 250's, I would buy a new set of those.

A 1990 1 ton were still using a huge leaf pack with same width and length as the 3/4. You would also want the spacer block from the one ton.
Here's a site with some info.

Leafs are the same length. The 1ton should have 3/4" eyebolts vs the 250 can have 5/8" or 3/4". Easy to drill out hangers if needed.

Since the eye bolts are often seized.... what' usually easier is to leave the main leaf in the 250 truck, and swap over the rest of the 1ton pack. (Assuming used parts here.)

If I do this, I'll buy new springs all the way around.
