Installed the AIRLIFT 1000 to my ride this weekend. Everything was fairly straight forward but man where those air barb connections a real pain, boiling water helped but still tough... I opted to go manual instead of wireless to save the money given in the grand scheme of things I don't tow/haul frequently and could not justify the whole built in compressor setup. I ended up mounting the valve next to my gas cap so that when I fill up I can be reminded to periodically check my pressure and its a nice concealed protected location to boot. Below are several photos of my install mostly showing the path I choose for the routing of the airlines.
P.S. I only had about 1 foot spare of hose left, if I had opted to take it in the cab or much father elsewhere I would have been in trouble.
The before:
Bags in place, they even look sexy deflated lol:
Pyrex cup with about 3mins in the microwave for a cup of water and you have yourself one softer widened hose end and one not so pleased wife

Passenger side above shock:
Passenger side at front of bed:
Crossing the bed above exhaust was easily over the recommended 8" separation to keep from melting the line, I'd say it was about 15" but I also have a modified exhaust at this location too.
I continued it with removing one plastic shroud push on bolt and replaced it with a ziptie out in the middle and continued it over the fuel tank coming out the other side near the bed bracket with two holes perfect for another ziptie and that's about where I left enough slack for my "T" connection and terminated this end:
Onto the otherside, its a really a fairly short run to the same point, ziptie off at the shock head and ran over my fuel lines:
Next up I made a little bracket out of light aluminum angle I had on hand. I figured the angle would help with stiffness for pushing and pulling on/off the air valve and it seem to fit the bill otherwise. I opted to utilize the same two threaded bolts inside the hinge area from my aftermarket fuel door install. Oh and yea I precut my hose and madeup the connection to the air inlet and the plastic T in my Kitchen, so much easier...
I dropped the T down the fender via my gas caps shroud hole and made up the other two connections at the T and zip tied all the excess slack in place:
And last but not least the air inlet location, once I mounted it I did bend the angle back slightly for better access with an air chuck.
All in all it turned out well in my opinion but the whole install certainly took longer than I had originally guesstimated.
