Ok so I have had my RCX 6" lift sitting in my garage for 2 months waiting to be installed due to my kids having sports, school etc. Finally started it today after work. Did the rear, took me 4 hours. The track rod bracket was a PITA due to the 3 holes that needs to be drilled out. I had to remove my rear exhaust tip due to it being 5" wide. I also stretched the damn drivers side ABS wire but luckily it didn't throw a code. Needed to remove a couple more clips. I'm off on Sunday so I will be doing the front probably all day. Lol! Here's some pics, don't mind the truck being dirty, fender flares left a mark. I'll clean it up when the front gets done. Right now it looks like a hot rod, but not for long. Anyone know if it makes a difference whether the shock body is mounted in the up or down position . The instructons pictured the body mounted in the top position while my stock shocks were mounted the other way around.
