All you can do is try... The tires will probably rub when you turn and hit bumps in the road with such a small lift... I would say 35 or 36 is your max but I could be wrong

The rims will fit, but I think you will rub in the front.

Those will definitely hit. 13.50 may be too wide for a stock rim.

This other shop said I might need 2" blocks in the back but the ones he has are for a 4x4 are they transferable to a 2wd?

A block is a block... all they do is go on top of your leaf spring... it doesnt matter if it's for a 2wd, 4wd, ford chevy dodge... its just a piece of steel. If you do use blocks, you'll need longer U bolts

I'm sorry if this sounds mean but that is the dumbest things I heard. The tires look like there is no tread on them. 38 in back and 35 in front?? Why??

actually, to raise the leaf spring, they would go under it.

ya under them, my bad... But nevertheless, blocks are all the same its just the material they're made out of. They have el-cheapo kits at Auto Zone but I wouldnt trust those blocks... I'd use some 2" square tubing steel if you're still contemplating on doin it

I know quite a bit from workin on stuff with my other half. He has taught me everythin I know :D

13.50 will not fit on a stock rim. If you put them on you will pop off of the bead and wreck your truck.
And no way without at least a 6" lift and 3" body will you fit 38's
