Well according to the manual and a little personal experience.

Front Axle lubricant is any SAE 75W-140 synthetic gear oil that meets MIL-L-2105C and API GL 5 quality specifications.
Rear Axle lubricant is any SAE 80W-90 gear oil that meets MIL-L-2105C and API GL 5 quality specifications.
Axles intended for heavy-duty or trailer tow should use SAE 75W-140 SYNTHETIC API GL 5 gear lubricant.
Rear Limited slip Trac-lok and Vari-lok axles require Chrysler Friction Modifier 4318060.

That is similar to what the book says. I'll double check when I get home to the truck.

As for the Transfer case Just the usual at+4. Same stuff you have in the tranny. I'll clarify when I get home but hope this helps to get you started.

Btw Welcome To RF!

Workin on it RH. lol Thanks for the compliment. I do what I can.

And to clarify with the manual. The Transfer case fluid is ATF+4 and depending on the type of transfer case will decide the amount of fluid here is a chart for the transfer case.

NV231 HD 1.2 L (2.5 pts.)
NV241 2.18 L (4.61 pts.)
NV241 HD 3.08 L (6.51 pts.)

Here are the capacities of all the different rear ends and dana's. Once you figure out what one it is you should be good to go. This all comes straight out of the service manual. So I would think it's as accurate as you can get lol. Hope this all helps. Don't be afraid to ask more questions if I confused ya.

REAR AXLE
9-1/4 inch 2.1 L (4.5 pts.)
248-RBI(2WD) 3.0 L (6.3 pts.)

Great info. I haven't found the capacity for the front, not sure where I would find it. I have a '99 Sport 1500, would this be listed on the tag under the hood?
