And catch cans can be had fairly cheap, mine cost me like 40 bucks and works fine.

If you look inside where the can screws on the base there is some type of filtering material, looks to be a metal mesh type substance. I really don't know if there is a possibility of it getting clogged at some point or not. I think it was RLK that said he does clean his periodically.I bought a billet catch can from moes probably around 2012-2013. works fine I dump it every oil change. my question as idiotic as it may be. is there any maintenance at all clogged fittings at any point? I understand its basically a metal can but has anyone had any issues? curious.
