I'm trying to figure out if I should just paint the stock rims or go with Fuel Mavericks. I like the cost savings of staying stock but don't know if it will satisfy my itch for new wheels. Opinions?

I'd personally paint the stock and use the savings for other mods.

The stockers look pretty good all painted up. I'd stick with them through the winter. And buy some new ones in the spring if you decide on the fuel wheels

Spray them with plasti-dip to see if you like it. If not, easily undone.

If stock I'd get them professionally painted, plastic dip is ghetto. To each their own tho!

I have to agree BUT, using plastidip is a great easy/cheap way of being able to tell if you will be happy spending hard cash getting them permanently done. I did it on the front grille of my dodge nitro. I liked the way it looked and once I started to get chipping and stuff I removed the dip and had it line-x'd.
