Q for tesla style radio guys. should i buy?? if yes, where?

i've been lurking here for a while. i almost bought this head unit when they first came out but backed off after all the problems. so, after all, this time is it a good choice?? would you do it again?? is it possible to install and forget or will i have to tweaking endlessly ??

and lastly phoenix used to be the place but it seems like they suck so where to buy??
