Question about cree lights

Ordered these installed they wont light up anything you have to do speacial with them

Got them in the turn signals work and brake lights work but the driving light/tail light does not work anyone else use them

If there anything like most LED's you might need to switch one. I mean my switchbacks did the same thing until i flipped one and then they started working. Only thing i can think of.

Yep switched them and i have resistors but now im being told you cant use them as tail/brake lights only reverse lights

Wouldn't they have to be double fillamented for brake lights? A light and bright setting?

which sucks I wanted to try them. So i guess I won't now. Dammit lol

Ive never ever seen these used as brake lights, im with trupiano on this.

Again ive never seen them as brake lights but used as super bright reverse lights.

Crees don't work as a multifunction bulb. In our case not as a turnsignal/brake/ parking light bulb. Its a single filiment function like a reverse light

Yea but the ones you have are CREE's.

yes they are reverse lights only( not for out trucks) and hes trying to use tham as the brakelights. They light up for the turn/brake function but not when the parking lights are on. Our reverse light bulb is #921

OK, so what they need to do is return them cause they are not the right ones. But the right CREE's for the brake light and buy the right ones for the Reverse lights.

Crees from Retro solutions will not work for us 4th genners. Read the first few lines on the page.
