Quick Tire Advice

I have been trying to look around but I need a quick answer because I just got a flat tire and am looking to get new ones before I head back to school next week. I have a 2007 quad cab 4x4 with the normal 275-60-R20.

Since I have to change one and the rest are bald, I may as well change them all now and go a bit bigger. What is a good size? any pictures would help. The truck has a 3 inch lift too.

I have a 2014 that I upgraded to 275/65R20. They are 1" taller than than the stock 275/60R20. I have a stock suspension right now but am about to put on a 3" front & 1.5" rear suspension and the tires will be the perfect size IMO. They are 34x11 and do well in almost every situation.
