Radio buttons don’t work but steering column does

2012 ram 3500 w/Sirius radio. Radio buttons and open close button for cd don t work - steering column buttons do. Also the volume-on/off button doesn’t. Any clue as to if there is a fuse for that. Or think it’s a dealer resolve. (Buttons for Navigation do work)

Only one fuse for the radio and it’s for power. If the buttons don’t work on the radio, it’s pooched. Either need to replace the radio or find a electronics shop that can repair it.
