My factory battery in my 2014 **** the bed at 37,065 miles Lucky me... It never ran dry, but one day decided that one of the cells just gave up and that's all she wrote.

my battery was 4 yrs old when it went bad. took old out and put new one in with no issues

Optima is absolutely the best battery around. Does what its supposed to, not corrode and last the full warranty and if it fails before that, you get a brand new one for free, no pro-rating. Been using them for years.
