If your truck is a 4x4 your better off with the lift kit. I haven't heard of any problems with their kits, the only thing I've heard is most guys end up wishing they had gone with a 6" and you probably will to since your looking to upgrade now

For the little bit of difference in money to go from 4" to 6"; I'd go with the 6" IMHO. I haven't heard too much negative stuff with Rough Country lifts and they are pretty well priced too.

I would go a 6/3 or 6/5 lift. The 4/2 lift does not do much. It will bring your front up 4" and rear up 2" to make a level look and you will run 35" tires great with that. Or for a $100 more you can go with a 6" lift. You can get the 6/3 lift bringing the front up 6" and the rear 3" making the truck leveled. 35" tires would look good here but 37" tires would also fit. Or you can go for the 6/5 kit bringing the front up 6" and the rear 5" leaving a rake where the rear of the truck sits 3" higher then the front of the truck. You could then get adjustable front shocks to bring that 6" front up to 7.8" and it would be damn leveled with the rear. Oh that kit you will want 37" tires and not 35.

I just installed a RC lift on a customers vehicle and I was so disappointed with the quality that I won't be ordering another. A few sets of bolts weren't in the kit (they're labeled so you can't screw them up), so I had to spend another $30 in bolts to get it installed. Two weeks later the customer brought it back to me to show the spindle/knuckle was rusting badly already. I just expected more I guess......
