Ya..woulda flipped the brights on but didn't want that car to crash lol it lights up wayyy down the road with the highs on.

Couldn't get a shot that wasn't blurry.

Really happy with how these have held up. As mentioned before....they are so bright, it makes up for the housings being blacked out as far as other drivers being able to see them when they're blinking.

Got bored.....decided to freshen up my wheel wells. They were white and dried out looking and didn't get any better no matter how well I cleaned them...was actually very frustrating.

What did you use on the wheel wells?

Used a few coats of rustoleum black, then another couple layers of clear coat. Created a smoother finish for easier cleaning and looks brand new...

Footwell lights...was suppose to be temporary placement but it's been working fine so this is where they're staying. May go to strips once/if these fail.

Did you have DOA's? I had 2 DOA's out of the 6, I used some little square self-adhesive deals to zip tie the lights to under my dash and seats.

Surprisingly no. All six worked and none of the ones I initially installed have failed yet.

Just found this build and it's one of the best on this site IMO. Going to use your info on the retrofit to help whenever I decide to start my project. Anything you're adding in the near future?

Thx bud...I have some traditional stuff I wanna do like bed cover, bed lights etc....I have another set of headlights sitting in my garage I'm contemplating retrofitting.
