what can i do to stiffin up the 16 expresses ride. it seems to roll a lot from side to side. will a new rear stabilizer help

First thing is checking if anything's wrong with it. The front sway bar end links can fail for example - they usually make a lot of noise first.

If there's nothing already wrong with it and you need more lateral stiffness you can install performance swaybars - Hellwig makes one that's popular for the rear.
