Stock 4-links

what do people do with the emergency brake lines when you replace the stock 4-links with Spohn 4-links. Let them hang? Re-mount them somewhere else? Help?

I'd imagine you should remount them. Letting them hang seems like you're asking for trouble. Just my opinion, as I haven't replaced them myself

I’ll be installing my core arms in the next few days. I’ll probably just zip tie the ebrake cables out of the way.
